Vicky Vaughan is the company director of both The Success Surgery® and The Brand Surgery®.

The Brand Surgery® has cracked the five year birthday barrier with the help of hard work, persistance, creative talent and of course, great marketing.

Vicky has an NVQ Level 3 in Business Setup, which includes marketing qualifications and expertise. Her newsletters helped Royal & Sun Alliance to win the 'Communications in Business' award. Her copywriting, design and publishing skills helped win Stagecoach PLC a prestigious Marketing Award in the UK Bus Awards.

Vicky has worked in local government (Horsham District Council), Sussex Press (family run printers), Royal & Sun Alliance and Medialab. Vicky has created successes for Stagecoach Bus Plc, Suzuki GB Plc, Cats Protection League and many other businesses.

In 2008, Vicky was the proud award- winner of Wothing Business Awards, Best Microbiz.. Part of Vicky's business philosophy is that her clients' success is more important than her own.
